Not listed? The IAFF list shows no licensed CPAT site in that state. Departments there may use a different physical test, or accept a CPAT taken in a neighboring state. National Testing Network also tests in several states through its candidate portal.

What is the CPAT?
The Candidate Physical Ability Test is a timed, pass/fail test of eight firefighting tasks, done in sequence while wearing a 50-pound vest that simulates the weight of breathing apparatus and turnout gear. It was developed by the IAFF and the IAFC, and only licensed sites can give it.
What are the eight events?
Stair climb, hose drag, equipment carry, ladder raise and extension, forcible entry, search, rescue drag, and ceiling breach and pull. You move from one to the next on a set path without stopping.
How much does the CPAT cost?
Fees on the sites we've checked run from $85 to $200. Most include two orientation sessions; timed practice runs often cost extra. Many departments reimburse the fee once you're hired, and California candidates with financial hardship can apply for help through the California Fire Foundation.
How long is a CPAT card good for?
It depends on the department, not the test. Many accept a card up to 12 months old; some want it within six months of when they certify their list. New Hampshire treats a CPAT as valid for 26 months. Check every posting you apply to.
Does every department use the CPAT?
No. Plenty of departments run their own physical test or accept a different one, such as the Biddle PAT. The job posting will say which test it requires.
